Marissa Chirico has a diverse background in service and management positions, currently serving as a Server at Schulson Collective since December 2018. Previous experience includes roles as a Supervisor and Operator at The Painted Turtle and Treetop Quest, respectively, as well as positions as a Cabin Counselor and Host at The Painted Turtle and Saxbys. Marissa also served as a Party Host and Playroom Supervisor at Jumpin' Jacks Inflatable Playland for four years and worked as a Fundraiser with Ruffalo Noel Levitz, where skills in human relations and communication were developed. Marissa attended Temple University from 2017 to 2019 and completed a High School Diploma at North Penn High School in 2015.

Schulson Collective
Michael Schulson is the chef and restaurateur behind the Schulson Collective of restaurants whose imagination and vision have made him one of Philadelphia’s most successful hospitality professionals. Schulson is the owner of day-to-night destination Double Knot; the expansive Independence Beer Garden; Sampan and the adjacent Graffiti Bar; new-American hot spot Harp & Crown; contemporary izakaya Monkitail in Hollywood, Florida; and serves as chef-partner at Izakaya at Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, N.J. Additional culinary pursuits include the fine casual, high-quality sushi boxes and counter omakase at DK Sushi in University City, and Schulson Catering based out of South Philadelphia. With Schulson’s restaurant portfolio expanding, Michael compiled a team of dedicated employees to help operations run smoothly. The Schulson Collective corporate team was created in 2014 with the idea in mind to grow. Since then the Collective team has grown substantially, prompting a move of offices to a larger location. Schulson Collective currently resides on Sansom St. above Harp & Crown. With more locations and concepts on the way, Schulson Collective is quickly becoming the hottest restaurant group in Philadelphia.
