Nicholas Brannon is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the baking industry. Currently serving as Chef/Partner at Schulson Collective in the capacity of Bread Overlord since July 2021, Nicholas previously held the role of Head Baker at STARR RESTAURANTS from July 2012 to July 2021.
