Frank Rosales Jr.

Frank Rosales, Jr. has a strong background in the building systems industry. Frank is currently serving as the Founding Partner and Executive Vice President of Schulte Building Systems, Inc. Frank joined the company in July 2004.

Prior to their current role, Frank worked at NCI Building Systems, where they held various positions. From January 2002 to July 2004, they served as the Director of the US/Mexico Joint Venture. From January 2001 to July 2004, they were the General Manager of Mexico Operations.

Frank also worked as a Senior Operations Analyst from January 1998 to December 2000, and as a Contracts Administrator from January 1995 to December 1997. Frank started their career at NCI Building Systems in January 1992 as an Inventory Control specialist, and also completed a Management Training Program in 1991.
