Lou Pagano

EVP, Hotel Corporate Support at Schulte Hospitality Group

Lou's responsibilities with Schulte Hospitality Group include Construction Management, HR, Payroll, Audit, IT, Contracts, and Risk Management. He comes to the team with 35 years of operational experience managing large organizations with strong customer service emphasis both in the US and Europe. Previous employers include AT&T, Eastman Kodak, and Telecommunications Incorporated. His most recent position was Chief Operating Officer for Alta Colleges for the past 15 years.

Lou has strong business acumen and thrives on process re-engineering and automation enabling operations to run efficiently. Enjoys working hard and having fun all at the same time. He holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from National Technology University and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Buffalo. Lou's hobbies include woodworking, hiking, skiing, and spending time with family.
