Spencer Meador is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in recruitment and front office management. Currently serving as a Recruitment & Retention Specialist at Schulte Hospitality Group since August 2022, Spencer previously worked as a Recruitment Sourcer at Norton Healthcare and held various front office management roles at Hyatt Regency and 1 Hotels, where responsibilities included managing large teams and enhancing operational efficiencies. Spencer began in the industry at Hilton and progressed through notable positions at Walt Disney World, showcasing a strong ability to provide exceptional guest service and implement effective training initiatives. Spencer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration from the University of Central Florida, complemented by an Associate’s Degree from Valencia College.
