Abraham Schwartz is an experienced legal professional specializing in shareholder activism, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters. Currently serving as an Associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP since October 2018, Abraham has previously held positions at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Honors Program and as a Research Associate focused on corporate governance at the Committee on Capital Markets Regulation.
