Adam Barazani

Adam Barazani serves as Special Counsel in the Bank Regulatory group at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP since January 2017, after progressing from the role of Associate in the same group. Prior to this position, Adam practiced as an Associate in the Bank Regulatory group at Cullen and Dykman LLP from September 2014 to January 2017. Adam Barazani holds a J.D. degree, cum laude, from St. John's University School of Law (2011-2014) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Accounting, and Business Law from Emory University - Goizueta Business School (2007-2011).
