Andrea Mandell

Andrea (Andi) Mandell is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP since July 2020 and as a Member of Chief, a network aimed at advancing women in leadership, since November 2021. With extensive experience in tax law, Andrea held Partner positions at notable firms including Dentons and SNR Denton, and served as EVP and Tax Director at Carrington Capital Management. Andrea's career began at Thacher Proffitt & Wood, where the role of Partner was held for over 15 years. Educationally, Andrea holds a Master's Degree in Tax Law/Taxation from New York University School of Law and a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
