Brian F. Schare

Brian F. Schare works closely with the firm’s Executive Committee to develop and implement innovative solutions that assure the efficient and effective operation of the firm’s business. He is also responsible for leading the firm's global operational and administrative functions.

Brian has close to 25 years of broad-based legal industry experience. Prior to joining SRZ, Brian worked at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe for 14 years in various roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as chief administrative officer. In that capacity, he was responsible for the law firm’s global operations, including oversight for more than 20 offices and the firm’s Global Operations Center, a one-of-a-kind support facility in Wheeling, W.Va. Before joining Orrick, Brian was the managing attorney at Donovan, Leisure, Newton & Irvine and Kramer, Levin, Naftalis & Frankel. He was also a law clerk at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison. Brian holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, an M.B.A. from Stony Brook University and a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany.
