David Lifshitz

David Lifshitz is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as a Partner and previously as Special Counsel at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP since April 2022. Prior to this role, David Lifshitz was Counsel at Lowenstein Sandler LLP from September 2014 to April 2022, and also completed a Summer Associate position at the same firm in 2013. Early legal experience includes a Legal Intern position at the Kings County District Attorney's Office in 2012 and another Legal Intern role at the Supreme Court of the State of New York in 2009.
