Minji Reem

Minji Reem is a partner at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, specializing in litigation since November 2023, after serving as Special Counsel within the same firm from October 2015 to February 2020. Prior to this, Minji Reem was an associate at Clifford Chance from February 2020 to September 2023. The legal practice focuses on securities litigation, complex commercial litigation, white collar litigation, and regulatory investigations, with experience representing both corporate and individual clients in securities class actions, SEC enforcement actions, shareholder activist litigation, and proxy contests.
