Peter Amend

Peter Amend is a legal professional with extensive experience in financial restructuring and insolvency. Currently serving as Special Counsel at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP since January 2021, Peter previously held the position of Senior Associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from March 2014 to January 2021, focusing on financial restructuring. Prior to that role, Peter worked as an Attorney at White & Case, specializing in financial restructuring and insolvency from October 2011 to March 2014.
