Marianne Lassen

Marianne Lassen is currently the HR Director at Schultz, where they focus on organizational development, leadership, and employee growth. With extensive experience in Learning & Development, Marianne previously served as the Nordic Learning & Development Manager at PA Consulting Group and has held several leadership roles in human resources, including HR Chef at Schultz A/S. They are also the owner of Stockfleth & Lassen Aps, providing coaching and consultation services on stress management and conflict resolution. Marianne holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Copenhagen and a Bachelor’s in Organization, Strategy & Leadership from Copenhagen Business School.
