Kelly E. Grattan, PhD, MBA, CAP®, CFRE has a diverse work experience in the fields of fundraising, development, consulting, and education. Currently, Dr. Grattan serves as the President of the Association of Fundraising Professionals - Greater Philadelphia Chapter (AFP-GPC) and has been involved with the organization since 2020. Prior to their current role, they held positions such as Board Member, President Elect, and Co-Vice Chair, External Relations within AFP-GPC.

In addition to their involvement with AFP-GPC, Dr. Grattan has also worked as a Vice President at Schultz & Williams, a consulting firm specializing in fundraising, where they currently hold the position. Kelly E.'sprevious roles at the company include Senior Consultant and Director of Consulting Operations.

Dr. Grattan has also gained experience in the non-profit sector as the Acting Chief Development Officer at the Faith in the Future Foundation. Additionally, they have worked in the education field, serving as a Faculty, Faculty Coach, and Subject Matter Expert at Northcentral University from 2012 to 2018, and as a Faculty member at Central Michigan University in 2017.

Kelly E.'sdedication to the community is evident through their involvement as a Trustee and Advisory Board member at Conshohocken Free Library from 2014 to 2017, and as the Director of Development at Gesu School from 2009 to 2016.

Dr. Grattan's earlier career includes working as a Consultant at Cathexis Partners in 2009, and as the Director of IT Philanthropy at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America National Office from 2008 to 2009. Kelly E. also held the position of Director of Development Services at Kimmel Center, Inc. from 2006 to 2008.

With extensive experience in fundraising, development, consulting, and education, Dr. Grattan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their various roles and organizations.

Kelly E. Grattan, PhD, MBA, CAP®, CFRE has a diverse education history. Kelly E. obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Administration & Leadership in the Nonprofit and Public Sectors from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, which they completed between 2005 and 2012. Prior to this, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania from 2003 to 2004. Kelly E. began their educational journey by completing a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration at Susquehanna University from 1998 to 2002.

Kelly E. also acquired additional certifications, such as a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from La Salle University in 2011 to 2012. Additionally, they participated in the Jesuit Collaborative from 2010 to 2012, focusing on Contemplative Leaders in Action.

In terms of certifications, Kelly obtained the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®) designation from The American College of Financial Services in July 2022. Prior to that, they achieved the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certification from CFRE International in July 2016.
