Leanne Landreneau

Leanne Landreneau, a native of South Texas, brings 17 years of experience in Emergency Medicine operations, 15 of those with SCP to her role. Currently leading the Staffing Operations Department, she is responsible for the recruiting, credentialing, scheduling, and overall financial management of SCP’s clinical resources.

Landreneau holds herself and her team to a high standard of responsiveness to providers and facility customers. With most of her experience in client facing roles, she understands the full range of challenges that must be addressed to successfully stabilize and improve local practices. After starting and managing several hundred practices over her 13 years with SCP, she has extensive experience supporting and leading teams through initiation and stabilization of Emergency and Hospital Medicine practices at a variety of volumes in multiple states.

Landreneau received her Masters of Healthcare Administration degree from Texas State and is also a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). She is based in SCP’s Houston office.
