Rob Reilly

Rob Reilly, an accomplished operating executive, brings more than 27 years of experience to his role as Chief Operating Officer of SCP Health. As the former Vice President, Services at GE Healthcare, he led a $2.6 billion business responsible for over one-third of GE Healthcare’s global operating profit.

Reilly has deep expertise in operations, sales and marketing, strategy, and finance. He has a proven ability to build, develop, and execute business strategies and lead large organizations at scale.

Over the course of his career with GE, Reilly worked in multiple businesses across North America, Europe, and Asia. For the last 17 years, he held a diverse set of leadership responsibilities at GE Healthcare, helping navigate the business through the rapidly transforming healthcare industry. He led the charge transitioning from a transactional product to solutions-focused, leading commercial strategy, driving operational performance and client satisfaction, and helping shape health policy.

Reilly is a graduate of the University of Michigan Ross School of Business with a degree in Business Administration. He has been active in the Health Management Academy and as a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He currently serves as the Board Chairman for Big Brothers Big Sisters in Metro Milwaukee.
