Abigail Brooks

Abigail Brooks is a textile and surface design student at the Fashion Institute of Technology, currently serving as a Hospitality Design Intern at F. Schumacher & Co. since June 2023, where responsibilities include software training, custom design creation, and pattern file management. Abigail has also worked as an Academic Skills Tutor at the Fashion Institute of Technology since October 2021, assisting students with academic and design assignments. Previous internships include graphic art at Capelli New York, where design and trend research were key tasks, as well as organizing client needs and fabric inventory at HOLLY HUNT. Additionally, Abigail has experience in aquatic safety from previous roles as a Water Safety Instructor and Lifeguard at Country Children's Center. Abigail holds an Associate's degree in Textile and Surface Design and is expected to complete a Bachelor's degree in May 2024.
