Kate Gilhool

Kate Gilhool is a seasoned content producer with extensive experience in video production and writing. Currently serving as a Senior Content Producer at F. Schumacher & Co. since February 2023, Kate has been involved in creating design-centric videos and is launching a podcast focused on interviews with design industry leaders. Previously, Kate worked at theSkimm as a Writer, where responsibilities included pitching and writing a daily newsletter aimed at empowering women with news and information. Kate's experience also includes roles at CBS This Morning, encompassing associate producer tasks and leadership on special reports, as well as various production roles at CBS Corporation and internships at notable organizations such as ABC News and Bravo TV. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Society from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, complemented by studies in Art History in Italy.
