Lisa Arem

Lisa Arem has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. In 2016, they started their career as a Human Resources Administrator at NewAgeSys, Inc. Lisa then became a Senior Human Resources Administrator in 2017 before transitioning to F. Schumacher & Co. In 2018, they joined F. Schumacher & Co. as a Talent Operations Associate and later served as a Talent Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director, P&O Operations at F. Schumacher & Co.

Lisa Arem obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Binghamton University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In February 2019, they also received certification as a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
