With experience at Schuman Cheese, Whisps, and Arthur Schuman Inc., Allison has held titles such as Chief Revenue Officer, Senior Vice President Sales, and Senior Director of Sales. Allison also has experience in tumor research and intern roles at Columbia University Medical Center. Allison holds a Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience from Skidmore College.
