Eric Smith

Eric Smith is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in planning and inventory management. Currently serving as a Supply Chain Planner at Schuman Cheese since August 2021, Eric is responsible for managing the production schedule and inventory levels at the Elgin plant. Prior to this role, Eric worked as a Planner II at Baxter International Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing the end-to-end supply chain for the Haina manufacturing plant in the Dominican Republic. Earlier experience includes serving as a Procurement Analyst at Target, focusing on special projects and inventory management, and an internship at Handi-Ramp, optimizing social media and web content.
