Justyna van der Kolk

Justyna van der Kolk is a Senior Supply Chain Excellence Manager at Galderma since May 2022, focusing on the end-to-end implementation of demand planning solutions and process standardization across supply chain functions. Prior to this role, Justyna worked as a Senior Project Leader at Philip Morris International, managing supply chain projects from design to deployment. Justyna held various positions at Galderma and Bayer, where responsibilities included logistics process transformation, project management, and operational excellence across supply chains. Justyna's early career included logistics roles at Archer Daniels Midland Company. Justyna holds a Master’s Degree in Economics Management Science and a postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management from Poznan University of Economics and Business.
