Ethel Colletti

Ethel Colletti serves as the Director of Quality Assurance at Schuman Cheese since September 2005. In this role, Colletti is responsible for providing support to the facility, implementing food safety and quality programs, leading lab and sanitation staff, managing regulatory audits, handling customer complaints, and maintaining the HACCP program. Prior to Schuman Cheese, Colletti held roles as Quality Assurance Manager at Sara Lee and Director of Quality Assurance at Conway Dressings and Sauces.
