Christoph Lennartz

Christoph Lennartz currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Schunk Group, where responsibilities include driving the design and implementation of a new global business strategy and leading the Business Excellence Team for optimization projects. Prior to this role, Christoph held the position of Expert Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, focusing on strategy and operations for transformations in Advanced Industries and Life Sciences. Christoph's early career includes experiences as a Logistics Intern at GETRAG FORD Transmissions and as a project employee at ILT-Solutions GmbH, where contributions were made to supply chain management and burnout prevention programs. Christoph holds dual Ph.D. degrees in Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
