Philipp Menz

Philipp Menz is an experienced executive currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Business Area Sinter and Vice President of Strategic Business Area Mechanical Carbon at Schunk Group since March 2015. Menz oversees the sales and production for strategic business areas in both Germany and Mexico, with global responsibilities in strategy, sales, and production across eight manufacturing locations in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Previous roles include Plant Manager, responsible for a facility producing sintered and metal injection molded parts for the automotive and aerospace sectors, and Head of Quality, where operational quality was significantly improved. Menz's earlier experience includes teaching roles at the University of Applied Sciences Mittelhessen and a sales position at Bieber + Marburg GmbH & Co. KG. Menz holds a Master of Science in Product and Process Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, both from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen.
