Jane Puggaard Hougaard

Jane Puggaard Hougaard has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jane Puggaard is currently serving as the Chairman of Stafet for Livet since March 2023 and as the Vice Chairman of Vejen Svømmeklub since February 2023. In their previous role as the Group Commercial Director at Schur - Leader of the Pack since 1846, they were responsible for group branding strategy, digital commercial business development, and sustainability strategy. Jane Puggaard also served as an Advisory Board Member at Vain Dane Athletic from March 2021 to April 2023 and as a Board Member at WeMarket A/S from August 2021 to August 2022. Jane has prior experience as the Chief Marketing Officer/Marketing Director at NDI Group A/S, where they were responsible for marketing, branding, E-commerce, PR, and communication. Jane Puggaard also worked at Arla Foods as a Senior Global Brand Manager and Senior Commercial Manager for Germany and Austria, overseeing the Starbucks coffee portfolio. Jane Puggaard began their career as a Fitness Instructor at Fitnessdk, Slotssøbadet, and later served as a Marketing Coordinator & Executive Assistant at Seelen A/S.

Jane Puggaard Hougaard began their education in 2004 at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark. Jane Puggaard earned a Cand.merc degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, Generelt by the end of their studies in 2006. Later, in 2023, they enrolled in The Social Business Academy and pursued a degree in Sustainable Business Change Manager, which is ongoing.

In addition to their formal education, Jane obtained certifications in B2B Foundations: Social Media Marketing and Marketing Foundations: eCommerce from LinkedIn in August 2020.
