Roy Rudd has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Roy started their career at Charter Communications in 1994, where they worked as Director of Tech Ops for ten years. Roy then joined Comcast in 2004 as Director of Tech Ops and later moved to Allegiance Communications as VP of Technical Operations. In 2009, they joined Time Warner Cable as Director of Field Operations. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Atlantic Broadband as Sr. Manager Advanced Services Group. In 2018, they joined Antietam Broadband as Director of Customer Service and later became Senior Director of Customer Experience at Schurz Communications / Antietam Broadband. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Customer Experience at Schurz Communications.
Roy Rudd attended Strayer University from 2012 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
