Christian Hülsewig

Christian Hülsewig is the founder and CEO of Schüttflix. The 33-year-old has more than ten years of experience in logistics management for international corporations. Most recently, at Microsoft in Seattle, he was responsible for the global fulfillment and distribution network for over 200 million devices shipped worldwide and annual hardware sales of $16 billion.

The graduate of Bentley University, Boston (USA) started his professional career in 2008 at the logistics and service specialist arvato in Gütersloh. In 2012 he moved to Los Angeles for arvato, where he was responsible for the US business as Executive Vice President before Hülsewig switched to Microsoft Corporation in 2015.

Christian Hülsewig recognized the enormous digitization potential of the bulk goods market while working on his own farm in Herford in East Westphalia. His frustration with unpunctual deliveries at non-transparent prices that were unloaded at the wrong place forms the foundation of Schüttflix today. Hülsewig was able to win over the Gütersloh entrepreneur Thomas Hagedorn as a founding partner and investor.
