Michał Szkudlarek

Michał Szkudlarek has a strong background in supply chain management and logistics. Michał currently holds the position of Managing Director CEE at Schüttflix, where they oversee the company's operations in Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director of Schüttflix Poland.

Before joining Schüttflix, Szkudlarek worked at Empik Group as the Supply Chain & Logistics Director and a Board Member. Michał was responsible for managing the company's supply chain and logistics operations.

Earlier in their career, Szkudlarek held various roles at Leroy Merlin, Unilever, and Lodz International Fair Ltd. At Leroy Merlin, they served as the Supply Chain Director, leading a team responsible for S&OP/forecasting, replenishment, logistics, supply chain analytics, and cooperation with suppliers. Michał successfully executed a supply chain reorganization and implemented centralized demand and supply planning, resulting in improved stock availability and inventory turnover.

At Unilever, Szkudlarek held several positions, including Planning Director CEE, Warehousing & Distribution Manager, Corporate Planning Manager, Home & Personal Care Planning Manager, SAP APO Implementation Workstream Leader, Junior Project Manager, and Project Coordinator. In these roles, they led teams and implemented various initiatives to optimize forecasting, replenishment, and logistics processes, resulting in cost savings and improved performance.

Michał Szkudlarek attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2019, where they participated in the Stanford Executive Education program focused on the field of Stanford Executive Education. In 2010, they earned their certification in Production and Inventory Management from APICS. From 1998 to 2003, Michał Szkudlarek pursued their Master of Science degree in International Relations at the University of Lodz.
