Allen has extensive experience in various roles such as Service Manager and Project Manager/ Tech Support within the company. Prior to joining SVL Inc., Allen worked as a Controls Project Manager at Carrier Corp from December 2006 to December 2009. Allen also served as a Service Representative/Controls at Minnesota Air from May 1993 to December 2006. Allen holds a degree in Refrigeration Service and HVAC Service from Dunwoody College of Technology, graduating in 1992.
