Stefan Bolz

Stefan Bolz has a diverse work experience starting in 2007. Stefan worked as a Senior Consultant at Campana & Schott from 2010 to 2014 and was also involved in project management consulting during that time. Stefan then joined Dr. Willmar Schwabe Business Services in 2015, where they worked in the Project Management Office and later in Organisationsentwicklung until 2023. In 2019, they joined Schwabe Group as the Head of Project Management Consulting and currently holds the position of Head of Processes, Transformation Office, PMP. Prior to these roles, Stefan Bolz worked in quality management at E.G.O. Elektrogerätebau and Volkswagen Group China.

Stefan Bolz has a Diplom in Wirtschaftsingenieur from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). Stefan also has additional certifications in Turnaround- und Transformations-Management and Strategische Planung – Grundlagen obtained from LinkedIn in 2024 and 2023, respectively. In 2017, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI and in 2014, they obtained the PRINCE2 Foundation certification from APMG International.
