Amanda Grayson has an extensive background in IT and technical support, currently serving as a Systems Analyst at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt since June 2011, where responsibilities include designing and maintaining a mission-critical Exchange 2010 server. Prior to this role, Amanda worked as a PC Technician, focusing on mobile device management and deployment of iPhones. Amanda's experience also includes serving as a User Support Specialist and Trainer at Bullivant Houser from July 2006 to March 2011, where leadership in user support and training for Office 2007 was a key responsibility. Amanda holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree from Western Business College, earned between 1995 and 1997.
