Samantha Burnside

Samantha Burnside possesses extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal at Schwabe since September 2014, where responsibilities include assisting with pleadings, briefs, and presentations in the Intellectual Property litigation practice group. Prior to this role, Samantha was a Legal Assistant at Diamond Law from 2008 to 2014, managing daily operations and preparing legal documents in a labor and employment law context. Earlier experience includes a position as a Mortgage Planner at Discover Mortgage (2004-2008), providing guidance on mortgage management, and as a Legal Assistant/Office Manager at Druckman & Associates, where Samantha established office procedures and accounting systems (1997-2003).
