Thomas Schüttler

Thomas Schmelzle is an experienced Industrial Designer currently employed at SDI Technologies, Inc. since August 2022. Prior to this role, Thomas served as a Production Designer at Nephros, where responsibilities included producing design materials for medical and commercial filtration and creating 3D product models. Thomas also worked at Matrix Mirrors as a Graphic and Web Designer, focusing on UI/UX design and web page rebranding. Earlier experience includes positions at the Georgia Institute of Technology, such as Multimedia Studio Assistant and Launchpad Lead Student Coordinator, as well as a short-term consulting role at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from Georgia Institute of Technology and participated in an exchange program at Eindhoven University of Technology.
