Kristina Arlund

Kristina Arlund is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and retail management, currently serving as Sales Director for North America at Schwan Cosmetics USA since January 2020. Prior to this role, Kristina spent nearly 18 years at MAC Cosmetics, progressing through various positions including Retail Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Third Keyholder. Responsibilities across these roles included recruitment, staff coaching, inventory management, payroll processing, and ensuring outstanding customer service for diverse clientele. Kristina holds a Bachelor's degree in Art Teacher Education and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Theatre/Theatre Design and Technology from Middle Tennessee State University, as well as a degree in Cosmetology from the College of Hair Design. Additionally, Kristina graduated from LaVergne High School with a diploma in Art/Art Studies.
