Andrea Booher

Andrea Booher is an accomplished finance and business management leader with extensive experience across multiple companies. Currently serving as Executive Director of Finance and Business Management at Aveda North America since May 2018, Andrea oversees various Finance and Admin teams, successfully led revenue recognition implementation for loyalty programs, and partnered with executives to drive strategic planning and growth initiatives. Prior roles at Schwan's Company included Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, where Andrea provided critical support to the Chief Growth Officer and managed a team of financial analysts. With a robust background that also includes leadership positions at Machalek Communications, E.W. Blanche Holdings, and Metropolitan Financial Corporation, Andrea holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
