Brad Smith has a diverse work experience in marketing and brand management. Brad worked at Schwan's Company as the Vice President of Category Growth, Portfolio Management, and Consumer Insights, where they led the "i-team" and was responsible for product innovation, category growth strategies, brand management, and consumer insights. Prior to that, Brad served as the Vice President of Brand Marketing for the company's retail portfolio. Brad also held roles at Christopher & Banks, Best Buy, Bluestem Brands, Inc., General Mills, and Interpublic Group, where they gained experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, strategic marketing, and brand strategy.
Brad Smith has a Master of Science degree in Strategic Management & Executive Leadership from Penn State University's Smeal College of Business. Brad also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and History with a Business Minor from Virginia Tech.
