Dave Olafson

Dave Olafson has extensive work experience with Schwan's Global Supply Chain and The Schwan Food Company. Dave retired as the Director of Facilities/Capital Project Engineer at Schwan's Global Supply Chain in 2022. Prior to that, at The Schwan Food Company, they held the positions of Director of Facilities and Operations, and Director of Facilities & Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing a network of 400 facilities for location analysis, maintenance, and construction. Dave also established standard operating procedures for the operations staff, managed capital budgeting, and conducted repair/replace analysis. Their tenure at The Schwan Food Company lasted from 2006 to 2023.

Dave Olafson completed a two-year Business Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Minnesota West Community and Technical College in 2010. Dave also obtained an Associate degree in Accounting from Minnesota West.
