Jeff Harer

Jeff Harer has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Jeff currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance for Schwan's Company, where they lead the Finance function for various departments and also oversees company-wide Integrated Business Planning. Prior to that, they worked at Cargill as a Corporate Vice President, responsible for finance and transformation across multiple regions and functional areas. Jeff also served as the Global Finance Director at Procter & Gamble. Jeff began their career as a Project Engineer at Emerson Process Management before pursuing their MBA at the University of Notre Dame, where they also held the position of MBA Student Association President.

Jeff Harer has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, which they received between 2004 and 2007. Jeff later pursued an MBA in Finance & Marketing from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, completing it from 2009 to 2011. In 2020, they also obtained a Catalyst degree in Organizational Leadership from INSEAD.
