Melissa Vit

Melissa Vit has extensive work experience in human resources and business operations. Melissa currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at Schwan's Company, where they focus on developing human capital strategies to drive business growth. Prior to this, Melissa served as the Director of Human Resources and Senior Manager of Human Resources & Recruiting at the same company. In these roles, they were responsible for organizational design, change initiatives, leadership development, talent management, and team performance. Before joining Schwan's Company, Melissa held various roles at Regis Corporation, where they served as the Vice President of Operations and Director of Operations, leading teams and implementing strategies to improve sales, profitability, and operational excellence. Melissa also has experience in business development as the Senior Business Development Director at Enactus United States. Melissa began their career at PepsiCo as an Account Development Manager and District Sales Leader at Frito Lay, and later worked at Walgreens as an Executive Assistant Manager.

Melissa Vit has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Melissa also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, they have obtained an HR Generalist Certificate from the University of Minnesota.
