Prinkesh Raka

Prinkesh Raka is an experienced food safety and quality management professional, currently serving as the Senior Food Safety & Quality Manager at Schwan's Company since January 2023, where responsibilities include managing advanced food safety and sanitation systems in a high-risk production environment and implementing quality improvement SOPs. Previously, Prinkesh held various positions at Flying Food Group from 2018 to 2023, including Senior Food Safety & Quality Scientist, Regional Food Safety & Quality Manager, Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager, and Production Supervisor, all focused on ensuring compliance with FDA and USDA regulations and enhancing plant quality systems. Additionally, experience includes a role as Quality Assurance Supervisor at Del Monte Fresh Produce N.A., Inc. and a research assistant position at the FDA, contributing to studies on food safety. Prinkesh Raka holds a Master’s degree in Food Process Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Bangalore University.
