Xavier Castilla Oliver

Xavier Castilla Oliver is an experienced professional in the manufacturing and production sector with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as General Manager of Production at Schwartz-Hautmont since May 2017, Xavier oversees all production activities, personnel hiring, cost control, and planning to meet management objectives, while also providing technical support. Previously, as Director of the Manufacturing Division at MEISA, Xavier managed workshops specializing in pressure parts for boilers and held technical and economic responsibility. Xavier's extensive experience at Amec Foster Wheeler included roles as Director of Production and Manager of their workshops in Spain. Earlier experience includes positions as a Process Engineer at Lear Corporation and a Product Development Engineer at MAI S.A. Xavier holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a degree in International Welding Engineering from Universitat de Barcelona.
