Schwarz Gruppe Int is a company that cares about its people, the surrounding community, its products, and planet's future. In order to achieve a balance, we strive to engage and educate our employees, demand quality and performance in our production, and seek newer and better alternatives every day for minimizing our environmental footprint. We are particularly proud of the fact that our producers have chosen remanufacturing, reusing and recycling and were able to divert over 49 million pounds of materials from the landlls in 2012.This enabled us to save more natural resources, use less energy, and reduce waste. In addition, we realize there is more we can do to drive change and make a positive impact as we continue to evolve. While we impart to others what we know about important environmental impacts we can make on the environment, we still aspire to learn from others and know it is a continuous, never-ending process. We look forward to new challenges, to making a positive impact where we can, and to being a supportive and engaged member of the community. We pledge to future generations that we will continue to consider environmental consequences in this fast changing world, seeking positive solutions in all our operational aspects.
