Steve Vandergriend

Steve VanderGriend is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in management and financial leadership within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as General Manager at Schwarz Partners, LP since June 2023, VanderGriend previously held key positions at WestRock Company as Business Unit General Manager, and at Maxco Supply Inc as General Manager and Chief Financial Officer. A significant tenure at International Paper saw VanderGriend excel as Plant General Manager and Region Controller, focusing on P&L responsibilities, cost reduction, and operational optimization across multiple plants. With a foundational career at Weyerhaeuser, VanderGriend held various roles, including Region Controller and Plant Controller, where expertise in finance and customer service led to streamlined operations.
