Niklas Aydin

Niklas Aydin has extensive experience in operational excellence and process improvement, currently holding the role of Bereichsleiter Operational Excellence Food at Schwarz Produktion since October 2018, where responsibilities include executing transformational programs at a leading ice cream facility and enhancing key performance indicators for operational goals. Previous positions include consultant roles in operations at Milet Dynamics and EFESO, focusing on the pharmaceutical and food sectors, as well as a research assistant at FIR, specializing in production and supply chain management. Niklas Aydin holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, both from RWTH Aachen University.
