Brenda Bell has over two decades of experience in customer service and sales management, currently serving as the Customer Service Manager at Schwarze Industries, Inc. since November 2002. In this role, Brenda manages the parts sales business for both manufactured and purchased equipment parts, overseeing the preparation of sales budgets, forecasts, and bids. Previous experience includes a position as Sales Support, where Brenda prepared billing and sales documentation for large equipment sales and maintained customer databases and sales records. Earlier, Brenda worked as Assistant Store Manager at Service Merchandise from September 1988 to February 1998, focusing on hiring, merchandising, customer service, and scheduling. Brenda pursued education at the University of Birmingham in Huntsville from 1998 to 2000 and attended Holmen High School in 1976-1977.
