He has a wide range of Parking management skills in the areas of Project management, IT integration, Product Development and Smart Cities.

With more than 15 Years of Parking Solutions experience in the field of Consultancy and Implementation Hecham is leading the Product development plans as Product Manager. He holds a degree in Electronics Engineering and is a certified PMP®.
