David Buck

David Buck is a principal at Schwegman Lundberg & Woessner. David was an associate attorney at Kinney & Lange, P.A. from May 2007 to May 2013. David's experience includes patent preparation and prosecution (foreign and domestic), patentability, patent infringement, freedom-to-operate, IP due diligence, strategic IP counseling including IP portfolio evaluation, benchmarking and landscaping. David has also presented on various topics related to intellectual property law for corporate and in-house counsel.

David Buck has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, a Juris Doctorate in Law from Marquette University Law School, and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. David is also certified from Federal and State Courts in Admitted to: Supreme Court of Minnesota, United States District Court of the District of Minnesota, Supreme Court of Wisconsin, United States Patent and Trademark Office.
