Raquel Pacheco is a patent attorney who currently serves as the Principal at Schwegman Lundberg & Woessner. Pacheco has over fifteen years of experience in the field of intellectual property, including both patent prosecution and litigation.
Pacheco began their career as an engineer and project manager at Hewlett-Packard, where they worked for six years. Raquel then attended law school and joined the law firm of Townsend and Townsend and Crew upon graduation. At Townsend, Pacheco worked in the EE prosecution group, focusing on software and mechanical technologies. After four years at Townsend, Pacheco moved to Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, where they continued to focus on patent prosecution, but also added clearance, due diligence, and portfolio management to their areas of expertise.
Pacheco has been with Schwegman Lundberg & Woessner since 2015, where they serve as Principal.
Raquel Pacheco attended the University of San Francisco School of Law, where they earned their JD. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University, Chico.
