Ricardo Moran

Ricardo Moran is a Principal at Schwegman Lundberg & Woessner. Prior to that, they worked as a Secondee at GE Healthcare from January 2011 to September 2011, and as an Associate at Hunton & Williams from October 2007 to August 2012.

Ricardo's technology focus is primarily on small-molecule pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals and their formulations; imaging agents; and materials science. Over their five years of experience, their practice has focused on all aspects of chemical and pharmaceutical intellectual property law, including pharmaceutical patent litigation; preparation and prosecution of patent applications; infringement, validity, patentability, and due diligence analyses and opinions; and counseling of clients in all aspects of intellectual property law.

Ricardo Moran has a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Maryland, a Post Doc in Chemistry from Penn State University, an MS in Chemistry from Emory University, and a BS in Chemistry from Allegheny College.
